As a coffee lover, I know how easy it is to guzzle down several cups a day. But I also know that caffeine can act as a diuretic, which means it can dehydrate me. That’s why I make sure to drink plain water cup for cup with my caffeinated drinks. It helps balance out the diuretic effects of the caffeine and keeps me hydrated. Drinking enough water is crucial for maintaining healthy skin, hair, and overall bodily functions. And let’s be real, who doesn’t love a refreshing glass of water every now and then? Plus, it’s a win-win situation: I get to enjoy my coffee and take care of my body at the same time.
